Is it safe to connect my Meta account?

Yes. We use the official Login with Meta (OAuth) system: we never access your password or private messages. Access is limited to comments on the post you choose for the giveaway.

How can I choose an Instagram winner transparently?

SorteosUp records the selected configuration and runs a random draw. When it finishes, it generates a publicly verifiable certificate with the giveaway number and result-checking details.

Can I filter by mentions, hashtags or unique comments?

Yes. You can require a minimum number of mentions, filter by keywords or hashtags, and remove duplicate entries so each user has one chance.

How does the points or credits system work?

Giveaways with up to 500 valid comments or participants are free. From 501, one point is used per processed comment or participant. There are no subscriptions, and you receive 500 welcome points when you register.

Does SorteosUp organize or deliver the prize?

No. The organizer is responsible for the rules, prize and delivery. SorteosUp acts as a technical tool for random selection and process evidence.

Can I run a giveaway from CSV or Excel?

Yes. You can import a list from CSV, Excel or pasted data, apply rules and run a manual giveaway with a certifiable result.
