How to generate several random combinations
Choose the elements per combination and the number of results. A person may appear in different combinations, but never twice in the same one. Duplicate protection treats the same set as identical even when its order changes.
Combinations without repeated elements
Every result contains different elements. If the list has fewer valid entries than requested, generation is blocked and the available unique count is shown. Use this for participants, tasks, products, ingredients, resources and ideas.
Unique combinations without duplicate results
The maximum depends on the unique list size and combination size: 5 choose 2 gives 10 possibilities, 10 choose 3 gives 120, and 20 choose 5 gives 15,504. Duplicate protection prevents exceeding the available possibilities.

An advanced mode can show every combination within a safe limit. With A, B, C and D, pairs are A+B, A+C, A+D, B+C, B+D and C+D. The limit protects browser performance.
What happens to duplicate elements?
Identical entries are detected and removed. If two people have the same name, add a surname, initial or identifier so they remain distinct.
Original order or shuffled order
Shuffle the result for a random presentation or keep the original order. The selection remains random; only its presentation changes.
Normal result and certified result
The normal result is for everyday activities. A certificate can include the date, list hash, counts, combination size, settings, results, identifier, engine version and public URL. It certifies the technical process, not external rules.
